INSTRUCTION SET FOR OPERATING

1. Hitching the shrubmaster to tractor

A. Align the shrubmaster so as to bring the lower arm of tractor in line with the pins provided on either side. Insert the lower arm into the pins by pushing the lower arm and lock the free end of the pin with the lynch pins provided.
B. Align the hole at the free end of the adjustable top link so the tractor in the gap between the hole at the top end of the shrubmaster lock it in place by means of pin provider with the tractor and lock the free end with lynch pin.

2. Collapsible shaft
A. Attach the collapsible shaft to the shrubmaster by matching the hole of the small coupling of gear box with the coupling attached to collapsible shaft and then fitting them with the six bolts provided with shrubmaster. Make sure that spring washer are insert between the nut and coupling to ensure that the bolts do not loose during operation.

B. Loosen the transportation lock bolt attached on the tube of collapsible shaft. Ensure free hand unrestricted movement of the solid shaft in the tube for the proper operation. Lubricate the solid shaft with light oil or grease if necessary.

Pull the sliding ball lock the P.T.O attachment backward and then insert the P.T.O attachment in the P.T.O shaft fully till it does not go any further and then release the lock and then pull the P.T.O. attachment backward till the lock into the slot on the P.T.O. shaft. Check the lock by trying the to move the P.T.O. attachment forward or backward. The P.T.O attachment shall remain in position once lock properly and will neither move forward or backward.

3. Gear box.
Check level of oil every time before usage. The level of oil should not drop marker gauge attached to the topping bolt.

4. Cutting blades
The shrubmaster is provided with collapsible cutting blades which rotate on swivel joints when the strike across an obstacle which can not be cut the centrifugal cutting force. The cutting height can be adjusted by means of holes provided on the side of frame of the shrubmaster. Further adjustment of cutting height can be achieved by the tractor hydraulic.
